DRC KAUÇUK in decision to improve its overall performance with implementing and maintain a Quality Management Systems (QMSs) based on the ISO 9001 international standard and IATF 16949.
Our goal for all activities to meet customers expectation with our products and services at the same time keep working and self development to pass beyond the customer expectations.
In this context our Quality Policy has been designated as;

- To improve products and service quality keeping with better environment, employee consciousness and competence and product quality
- To satisfy applicable requirements
- To ensure continuous improvement in the QMS and in the quality improvement activities
- To comply the requirements of QMS, statutory and regulatory authorities.
Our Top Management ensures to provide the required resources to maintain and to improve the QMS. We have strong belief that our employees are aware of how to contribute their own responsibilities and roles to reach our objectives.
